The town of Inverness (40 miles from Invergarry)
has main line rail services to the south. Inverness Airport
is 48 miles from Invergarry. Fort William is 25 miles from Invergarry
and also has main line rail services.
In its picturesque
Highland setting it flows some 3 1/2miles from Loch Garry to Loch
Oich in the Great Glen. A week on the Garry entitles you to the
sole and exclusive fishing from both banks of the river where
there are 24 named pools. The pools are ideal for fly fishing
but spinning is permitted.
A week on the Garry also includes exclusive salmon fishing on
Loch Oich. A boat with outboard sufficient for 5 people is available
for use. Life jackets should always be used when fishing on the
loch and are available.
